ATLANTA (July 5, 2005) – The Network of
Indian Professionals (NetIP) Atlanta announces Tabassum
"Tabby" Khan as the recipient of its second annual academic
scholarship. “This scholarship is intended for the brightest
student of the Class of 2005 and NetIP is proud to announce
Miss Khan as this year's recipient” said Renita Jain President
NetIP Atlanta while announcing the scholarship. The
scholarship recognizes an Indian-American high school senior
of Atlanta who exemplifies NetIP values with strong academic
achievements and a passion to serve the community.

Miss Khan’s resume of
achievements includes various academic awards in Science &
English, leadership roles in various clubs/teams, and honors
recognition for research projects while contributing to the
community with over 15 volunteer projects. She was also the
Valedictorian of her graduating class at Chamblee High School.

in the education of the next generation. We wish Tabby a great
